The Ma Wan Park phase 1 Nature Garden is open on July 1, 2007. The new tourist attraction and education centre combines nature, learning, arts and love. Nature Garden gives priority to the outdoor interactive education programs. Monday, Friday and Saturday mornings are devoted to Exploration Activity for groups only from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Registration in advance is required and there is a program fee. The free opening hours for public are from 1:00pm to 6:00pm, on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, and from 8:00am to 6:00pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please note that the park’s entrance will be closed at 5:00pm. Bookings are required for groups of 25 or more and crowd control measures will be adopted when necessary.
